The drawing will be performed by Sponsor officials, whose decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries earned.

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing using the contact information (phone number/email) provided during entry registration. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

⚠️ 7. In-Person Pickup Requirement

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND PICKED UP IN-PERSON AT THE ONE FOR ALL GAMES EAST PEORIA LOCATION WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF NOTIFICATION.

Due to the high value and fragile nature of the sealed product and apparel, the Sponsor will not package or ship any prizes under any circumstances. Winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the registered sweepstakes name to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within seven (7) days of notification will be forfeited, and a backup winner may be drawn.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical corruption, server/system manipulation, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control that compromises the administration, integrity, or proper play of the drawing.
