📄 Official Rules & Regulations

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends on Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 9:00 PM Central Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the State of Illinois who are 18 years of age or older (or minor entrants with express parental/legal guardian consent). Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Entrants must visit either location, One for All Games, Peoria or One for All TCG, East Peoria, during standard operating hours to earn sweepstakes entries. Entries are recorded based on the following activities:

5. Random Drawing and Odds

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about September 7, 2026, from among all eligible sweepstakes entries recorded in the draw pool during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be performed by Sponsor officials, whose decisions are final and binding. The odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries earned.

6. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing using the contact information (phone number/email) provided during entry registration. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

⚠️ 7. In-Person Pickup Requirement

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED AND PICKED UP IN-PERSON AT THE ONE FOR ALL GAMES EAST PEORIA LOCATION WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF NOTIFICATION.

Due to the high value and fragile nature of the sealed product and apparel, the Sponsor will not package or ship any prizes under any circumstances. Winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the registered sweepstakes name to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within seven (7) days of notification will be forfeited, and a backup winner may be drawn.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical corruption, server/system manipulation, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control that compromises the administration, integrity, or proper play of the drawing. Any attempt to obtain entries in excess of the specified rules by tampering with entry registration is strictly prohibited.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless One for All Games, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and WhatNot) from and against any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party social media network.
